I want to tell you about an exceptional job one of your folks did. Johanna M. has been working with my parents for several years and has developed a great working relationship with them. At the beginning of November 2021, my dad developed pneumonia. He has COPD and a heart issue. When he fell ill, it came on very suddenly. Johanna recognized something was not right with him and contacted my sister-in-law who is a nurse. We were able to get him medical help quickly. Her action and observation likely saved his life. Here's the most impressive part: My dad is not Johanna's patient. She is here to help my mom and does a great job with it. I had a total hip replacement on 9/14/21 and I could not be happier with the care and concern I received from Tere (the PT) and Deborah from your staff.
